Power of Attorney sales occur when someone sells property for an owner who is unable or unwilling to manage the sale process themselves. Like Estate sales, they are often sold “as is” and at a discount. 


Estate Sales

Estate sales involve selling properties from the estate of an owner that has passed away. These sales are often sold “as is” and without warranties because the seller (the estate executor) has not lived in the home, and for that reason sell at significant discounts. 

Distressed Sales

Distressed sales include quick sales due to financial or other hardship. These properties are often some of the best deals but they sell quickly as the sellers are looking for cash quickly.
